BACKGROUND

Paul Obinna Wilson-Eme was born in April 1959 in Preston, UK, to Ibo (Nigerian) and English (British) parentage. He is a qualified teacher, holding a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed. Hons) with specialisms in Art, Education, and Physical Education.

PROFESSIONAL CONTENT

Over the past four decades, Paul has designed and delivered lectures, workshops, and conferences both nationally and internationally. His work centres on Cultural Comprehension, with historical understanding as a core element in nurturing what he calls ‘Rehumanisation and World Citizenship’    - A journey from local and family identity to a global, human family perspective.

CULTURAL CONTENT

His work is guided by two central aims:

1.    The pursuit of balance on all levels (Ma’at)

  1. The restoration of respect for the “Golden Thread” - the generative and genetic power of the Mother Principle, represented by mitochondrial DNA

To carry the strategic nature of his work, Paul has developed the OBIONIC STRUCTURE showing the building of effective social and cultural consciousness on five Alchemic levels. LEAD: Foundational, BRONZE: Expansions, SILVER: Healing, GOLD: Agency, PLATINUM: Ascension

To expand understanding of the historical relationship between his African and European worlds, Paul created the LINEAGE TIMELINE — a 9,000-year historical scroll. This powerful visual tool is designed to broaden awareness of key psycho-historical events, extending far beyond the often-limiting and focused on narratives of Arab and European Colonisation & Enslavement.

At the heart of both his work and the Lineage Timeline is the concept of HYSTORY* — the innate, genetic potential within every human being. Paul describes this as the essence of Rehumanisation: a natural, restorative process countering the dehumanising effects of a two-millennia-long erosion of respect for the feminine qualities and the dismantling of bicameral institutions across global cultures.

Paul’s work is particularly impactful at what he calls ‘The Lineage Interface’ - the point where personal and professional worlds intersect with extended historical awareness. Here, his teachings serve as a foundation for individuals to become truly P.C. (PERSONAL CONFIDENCE & PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE).

Note: *HYSTORY is derived from the Greek word HYSTERA, meaning WOMB. It signifies the “STORY FROM THE WOMB” — the story of the entire human family.

PERSONAL STATEMENT - RE: THE COMMUNITY INITIATIVE

My work is rooted in supporting the healthy development of young children and their families. By helping people reconnect with a fuller, more inclusive understanding of history — what I call Hystory — I aim to nurture a strong sense of identity, belonging, and emotional well-being from an early age. Through tools like the Lineage Timeline and the concept of Rehumanisation, I support families, caregivers, and educators in raising children who are confident, culturally aware, and grounded in who they are.
